The On Balance Seminar
The On Balance Seminar is a one-day interactive workshop in which Elisabeth will share the specific strategies, resources, and skills that have helped her compete at the highest level of CrossFit while maintaining a focus on life balance and overall health. The course is designed to build your confidence, mental fortitude, and develop a strengths-based approach to the pursuit of your goals. Content will include Gymnastics, Olympic-style weightlifting, and a holistic approach to physical & mental training to empower you in accomplishing your personal mission. Elisabeth has experience speaking to groups on a variety of topics including life balance, motherhood and fitness, and mental preparation for performance. Elisabeth’s prior speaking engagements include high schools, fitness competitions and summits, and fitness facilities. Rates vary based on location and requested subject matter.
