This is the second block of programming.  This program is a time efficient, effective lifting cycle coupled with related accessories and conditioning to keep your body well-balanced while you pursue progress in your deadlift, squat, bench, strict press and general fitness.  This High Powered program includes more squat days, heavy duty lifting percentages, and a more intense power lifting focus.
