    As an adult I can take it, be strong when people can be that way against you. You really see it when you have a child. The same jokes and the same comments that you faced as a child. I find myself saying the same things to my children that my parents told me. Will it ever change? I am instilling in my children being strong physically makes you strong mentally. CrossFit is a positive example of this. I love how diverse the Games are and for our children to see that makes them believe that “Yes, no matter your heritage you too can achieve!” thanks for writing about a topic that so many would shy away from.
